Applied for a job in two stores in San Jose on a web site. Had several years' previous experience in customer service in similar to sales field. Never got a feedback from H&M, no call. Have no idea what are they looking for in a candidate if I'm a bad fit. The questionary is large and takes some time to fill it up, so waste of time. Too bad, used to shop there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
