I'd like to immediately start with a sincere apology for the experience you've had with our recruitment process. Transparency and candid communication are some of the pillars of how we work in Hotjar, and the experience you've had is far removed from how we aim to treat each person who applies for a role with us. I'm unclear on what has led to the situation you've experienced, but will be working with our Recruitment team to determine what has happened, and how we can be sure to avoid it in the future.
