I was referred by a former colleague to a recruiter who contacted me and screened me. When I passed that, I had one additional phone interview with senior management that lasted about a half an hour and then shortly after I was offered the position. Overall the process was streamlined and to the point.

Pretty easy. How do you deal with stress ,how do you organize, etc. it is technically entry level so there weren’t any assignments or anything like that. Just quick conversations with who your functional manager would be.
