It was a phone call, a pleasant interview conversation. The recruiter was professional, as it is in the first interview a set of questions was somewhat expected. The phone call lasted just under one hour.

The leader (VP) was extremely arrogant and consistently interrupted me and spoke over me. I was not able to ask any of my own questions and I did not feel that it was an inclusive interview. Illumina should reconsider filling the leadership team with all older white men and also provide their interviewers with antibias training.
