I first interviewed with the manager through the phone and then my second interview was with HR. Basically HR wanted to know if I was ready to start and I wasnt at the time required.

It was very intense. About 2 hours. A lot of personnel type questions - describe a time when you were give an example, give a situation when kind of things.

1 HR call, 2 face to face meetings, they asked to prepare a technical presentation on one illumina product or technology, the 2nd meeting was supposed to be just motivational instead they asked very precise questions on the sequencing technologies.
