I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at International SOS (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
There are different steps: first I had a phone interview with HR, then I had on online test (logical reasoning), then followed by an assessment centre. During the assessment centre I had a group interview with several managers of the team together with the HR, then I had different tests to pass including a written security briefing on a given country, security alerts drafting (two alerts to be drafted on two different topics/countries), then a verbal security briefing on another country. A presentation on the subject of my choosing was also required. The Assessment centre lasts more or less a whole day and there are several candidates passing different tests throughout the day.
