They were so friendly, welcoming and professional. They put me at ease right away. They showed me around the office and gave me hands on experience with what the role entailed. The senior staff sat in for my Interview to say hi, and it was nice to see they were training an HR New Recruit who sat in on the process. I felt like part of the team.

2 stage process. Various competency based questions and then had to write notes and a report up based on a scenario I was given. The process was all completed face to face.

Two to three rounds of interview, with two or more assessors. Friendly, but can be intimidating depending on you. Held over a week or so apart, and did not take long for hirers to get back on whether they are keen.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at International SOS (Singapore)

They will want to know your work attitude and if you are able to be blend well as a teamplayer.
Clinical accumen is also a huge factor for success and its integral to the position. Ability to be able to cope with stressful situation and handle difficult client will be questioned.
