I was selected for a first phone interview. On the agreed day, I was called, had a few technical issues (bad signal) which made the call drop. I called back after a couple of minutes without success, left a message in the recruiters voice mail and immediately followed up via email, asking for a reschedule at their convenience. I didn't get any reply, even to following follow-ups, while two weeks later I got a feedback email saying I wasn't selected to move forward because better candidates were identified. Basically without even having the chance to have the interview. Very unprofessional and disappointing recruiter (job post in Switzerland, recruiter based in Paris).
