Online application on Ipsos website and phone interview. The questions were mostly motivation-based; a few questions focused on current trends in market research as well as on clarifying some aspects of my resume.
The interviewer was friendly and easy to understand.
Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
