First an exam, then three rounds of interviews with a fit part follow up by a case. It is really important to show interest for the company and prove you can be calm and solve a problem using analitical and reasoning skills.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
