I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mercer in Oct 2011
Interview
The interviewer only asked questions about my experience. It includes tell me about yourself, your experience for last internship. Why do you choose Mercer? I think this is the question that I didn't prepare well. I am the last person he interviewed that day. Apparently, he has no patience to ask a lot of questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Had phone interview and later invited for an on-site interview. Two-hour long interview process with 4 different people. Everyone I met was professional and very easy to talk to.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mercer (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was referred by an employee who got me in touch with someone for an informal meeting over coffee. That initial "meet and greet" helped me see that Mercer could be a good fit for me and kick-started the interview process. A few weeks later we arranged for more formal interviews, where I met with six individuals (two at a time). Meeting with so many people at different stages of their careers helped me a get a sense of the culture at Mercer. From there, we worked together to define a role that worked for both of us.
