First I submitted a regular application with resume and cover letter. first step after application: online video (prerecorded questions with 30 seconds to answer in between each) second step: another second round Hirevue (more specific questions like how many people in the world are on social media right now) last step: live interview (zoom) - 3 rounds 30 mins each with different interviewers

It was a very relaxed first round interview in a casual setting. More of a conversation more than an interview. Just discussed past experience and knowledge about Mercer in the Human Resource industry- nothing scary. Interviewer even gave suggestions for second round interviews.
