Interview
Online application (Cover letter, CV, Academic grades,) Essay questions like "Name the difficulties the industry and our clients are facing".
Numerical test maybe? (Honestly can't remember it was so long ago)
2 months later, Hirevue video interview (9 questions, last 3 being multiple choice ones asking which office locations do you prefer (jokes) )
30 seconds prep after each question popping up.
Questions like "Who are Mercer ?"
1 or 2 standard competency questions (teamwork etc).
It seems that loads of Birmingham, Bristol (and some Oxbridge kids) are going for the Birmingham, Bristol and the London offices. So for strategic reasons I put Edingburgh, Leeds and Woking, but I havent even checked if those offices have the position I applied to.... epic fail

Tell us about what you expect to be doing for this role?
Was sent an email after 3 months of hearing nothing saying I needed to complete a video interview within 48 hours.
Given practice questions but they weren't very similar to actual questions.
The video interview is a bit strange and I think I would have preferred a phone interview to actually interact with somebody.
