Variety of verbal and numerical reasoning tests, case study and 4 interviews with 2 people each. Relatively informal process where interviewers focused on my desire to join the organization. Was told after I joined the company that I talked too much!

Interview
This was an online interview out of college. Very behavioral based questions. This consisted of video recordings with a limited number of takes allowed for each response. Nothing very technical was required
Simple 5 or 6 questions, half behavioural half industry related. 2 interviewers, both asked questions equally. Atmosphere was as expected, and somewhat friendly towards asking them questions, but I would say don’t ask more than 1.

First interview with team member talking about experience and projects on resume, then second interview with more senior team member diving deeper into project and resume experience. No case or technical questions
