It’s a complete waste of time. They tell you to prepare a presentation for the interview but they already know who they want to offer the role to; as a lot of high level roles are offered to internal candidates. It’s all a sham and they wouldn’t even let you complete your sentence before they cut you off. Felt like it was rushed.
