Personal Interview after doing a in tray test, it took around 20 mins for the in tray test and 40 minutes for the interview, asked quite a number of questions in different situations.

Behavioural question mainly, prepare with different senerios
straightforward, casual interview which involved a series of questions relating to the duties of the job and prior experience that was relevant. Interviewers were friendly and put me at ease
The interview went very well, with basic interview questions about the experience and knowledge of the field and working in NHS settings.

9 questions 3 per interviewer wasn’t too hard but they reword the typical tell us about yourself to see if you think quickly, overall very fair and friendly staff .
