I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Applied through a recruiting company, after submitting resume they responded back for an in person interview for in one week. The in person interview lasted one hour, with basic interview questions about the job history. They explained the requirement very well.
The interview included both verbal and written testing.
Was given an offer the same day (due to project needs). But it is normal for it to take some time.

Phone interview with them today and it seem that they were very stoic kind of uninterested. Overall it was kind of okay but not really enthusiastic about the position as a whole and seem like they were being sorced to me
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Interviewer was looking at her phone, clearly uninterested, passive comments on previous experience. Absolutely zero conversation, "okay". "alright" After every question. I've never wanted to NOT work at a company after an interview...
I understand this is an interview, these happen and they aren't there to entertain me. It was just unenjoyable.
