Interview
It was a straightforward phone call with two recruiting managers who asked if I knew certain technologies and software to evaluate if I was fit for the position. They were very open to answering questions.
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
