Seem less, straightforward questions, presentation on topic given prior to interview, questioned on career history, college, past experiences on your CV. Given the opportunity to ask questions about the business, good benefits

Formal Setting. HR person and manager. Good cop bad cop routine. HR kept interrupting me mid sentence and was very abrupt (a method used to see how you cope under pressure)
Standard questions and a lot of focus on my CV- specific questions on years etc
