I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Primark (London, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
easy and brief , was very informal , puts you at ease
one to one interview where you answer basic questions
no a difficult interview
good for a seasonal job
-
applied in person, got a call and went for an hour interview
then was hired within 3 days
Straightforward, relaxed interview process with one member of their management team. No complicated questions asked, all to be expected for this type of position. I was made to feel at ease.
Casual chat with some situational questions, such as prioritisation, and some personality type questions too, and why do you want to work here etc, they also gave a tour of the back of the shop but not in massive depth

Question 1
Which of these issues would you address first? Sorting a shelf, answering a clients question, redesigning the display
Asked questions from a booklet. It was my first ever interview experience and the employer was really really helpful with easing my nerves, even though I struggled to answer questions.
