Pretty easy and standard interview for retail, there aren't any real tricky questions and you don't need to have prior work experience to answer them so long as you can describe moments from your personal life that help answer the question and show how you can apply those experiences to work

Any prior experience, describe a time where you overcame a difficult situation
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
