Hands down THE worst HR experience I've ever dealt with at any company. After an initial phone screening, I was told the HR coordinator would be in touch to set up a Google Hangout with the hiring manager for the position. This happened a week after since the person facilitating this process could not write a thorough email with clear next steps, to the point where I was convinced I was communicating with an automated robot. Following the Google Hangout, I was told I'd be brought in for a final round interview with another team member. Again, I received the invite a week later, yet this person forgot to forward the calendar invite to the interviewer. After sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, I was told that the interview couldn't take place because the interviewer was booked all day. Over a week later I was informed that they had moved on with another candidate, despite the fact that I was never able to finish the process.
