I pretty much stayed in one room while the interviewers rotated on a schedule. I was met by one of the Talent Acquisition Coordinators and given my schedule for the day. It started off with a 1:1 interview with the HR director. She left the room and I then had a conversation with the two Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinators. The last part of the interview was with 3 of the junior level TAs. One of them who happened to be a girl I went to college with and we did not have a great relationship. Their questions were easy and I answered them very well, however the TA I already knew felt the need to ask me unusual questions in order to throw me off and grilled me incessantly - pretty much dominating the whole conversation. I was very disappointed that the Takeda talent acquisition team did not see this as a conflict of interest. As for the offer? They pretty much ghosted me and I never heard back about anything. Very unprofessional, callous people.
