2 interviews. 1st with the hiring manager and another manager. 2nd with the regional manager. The interviewers would give an easy question followed by a more difficult question, and then more difficult probes afterwards. If not careful someone could easily dog themselves in to a deep pit. Both managers were respectful, but we're just trying to get to know me and make a good decision.

It was a phone interview going over my resume that was sent in. We discussed some of the products for the company and some of the benefit packages. The next process is a video chat that has not been completed yet. I am still in the process of scheduling this interview.
