I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teradata (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Initially they made an offer and quite later withdrew it citing discriminatory reasons toward me being immigrant. They withdraw the offer after threatening me to join the work without taking care of immigration procedures from their end. No reason was cited for withdrawal. Infact they filed H1B petition after withdrawing the offer and sending email that they will go ahead with H1B filing. Later on another HR calls and says that they will keep me on file until H1B is processed. Today they send email stating withdrawal of H1B. Thank god I didnot resign from existing position else Teradata would have spoiled by career. I strong suggest H1Bs not to apply here unless you want to sacrifice your career for careless HR and immigration team.
