      Tax Analyst Interview

      27 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Texas City, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Texas City, TX)

      Interview

Not respectful - please do not waste your time interviewing and doing assessments for this company. Went through about 5 interviews for a role posted as remote and spent time doing an assessment that lasted hours to be informed after completing the final interview by recruiter that role was switched from remote to hybrid. This should have been mentioned in the beginning that the intent was for hybrid as a courtesy to avoid doing any interviews. The hybrid location option was far from current location. Also in the final stage of interview when asked interviewer what they loved about the company, they said the fact that it was remote and offered flexibility. So hearing a change from remote to hybrid after interviewing for almost two months was extremely unprofessional.
