Two simple online assessments: first is a ethics/situational multiple choice questionnaire where you rank from 1-3 in order of what you'd do in certain "tricky" work scenarios; second is a IQ style test (i.e. pattern matching) to test your logical reasoning 3. Hirevue (standard) 4. Superday interview; two interviewers, each ~30 mins half behavioral and each interviewer asked a quantitative quant-style question 5. Received offer via phone call
