We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of works on the Oxfor EIT Project. This role will assist the Project Manager and site team in coordinating project activities, documentation, and communication to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery on an electrical installation project.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of site activities
· Maintain and manage project documentation
· Assist with planning and scheduling of works, labour, and materials
· Coordinate communication between site teams, subcontractors, and project manager
· Track project progress and update records, reports, and trackers
· Assist with health & safety documentation, inductions, and compliance records
· Support procurement and logistics coordination where required
· Attend site meetings
· Ensure all documentation is up to date within project systems
. Provide general administrative and operational support to the project team
Essential Criteria
· Previous experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination role
. Experience in large scale site experience
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Good understanding of construction site processes
· Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
. Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £900.00-£1,300.00 per week
