MyMiniFactory is enabling a MetaReverse, a liberating Ecosystem for Digital Creators and Makers, one step at a time since 2013. We are a community-led business with clear and transparent values.

We are expanding our Creator Relations team and seeking a full-time permanent candidate who is a talented and ambitious Sales and Business developer. You will onboard creators joining MyMiniFactory, facilitate their success with pitching them the power of the Community Ecosystem we are building. You will also look to expand the Creators community with building relations with creators currently outside of MyMiniFactory and that could benefit from joining the Ecosystem. The particular focus will be on Creators in the Games industry, with a special focus on Table Top and Board Games. You will be working closely with our senior management, the community and our marketing team. Your passion for open community, growing business and establishing long term relations with creative designers will be second to none. You will listen to creators' specific needs and share them with our product team to help build a better MyMiniFactory.

We are looking for an individual who is curious, and passionate about helping a creative community to grow, someone who shares the values that we hold at MyMiniFactory, and truly believes in the success of the Ecosystem; willing to go the extra mile to ensure this success.

Applicants are preferred to have:

• Demonstrated experience in Sales and/or business development
• Able to see opportunities, closing deals and nurturing long term relations

• Strategic mindset - assisting designers with sales and marketing strategy
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines and undertake multiple projects simultaneously
