Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Front of House Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and attentive manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and front-of-house areas
• Manage waitlists and reservations when needed
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
