PLEASE NOTE: This is a 100% commission-based freelance role. It is designed for high-performing "hunters" who prefer uncapped earning potential over a fixed base salary. If you are confident in your ability to book meetings and want to be paid for results, read on.
The Rewards: Tiered Incentive Structure

- Base Commission: £350 per closed sale.
- The "Elite" Tier: Once you hit 10 closes in a month, your commission jumps to £400 per sale (retroactive to the first sale of that month).
- Volume Bonuses: Additional cash milestones for hitting monthly meeting targets.
- Realistic OTE: Between £38,000 - £45,000 per year for consistent performers, with no cap on your earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects (targeting 2 high-quality meetings per day).
- Identify business pain points regarding web presence and Google rankings.
- Educate prospects on the ROI of SEO and modern web design.
- Manage your pipeline within our CRM to ensure high "show-up" rates for scheduled consultations.
Requirements
- Proven Cold Calling Experience: You must be comfortable picking up the phone and handling objections.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a positive "next call" attitude.
- Tech Literacy: Experience using professional CRM systems and booking software.
- Home Office Setup: A quiet environment, high-speed internet, and a professional headset.
- Self-Starter: Since this is a freelance, remote role, you must be disciplined and results-driven without someone looking over your shoulder.
