Pros
Friendly peers, great office, generous expensing guidelines and top class training.
Cons
Work place politics, constant changing of leaders/managers. Ridiculous staff turnover. No real support or guidelines on how to do your job, expected constant outbounding without giving any systems or structure. Very territory dependent on results. Targets set out of thin air.

- Management communicate well, care, try their best to help out - There's 3 big tech firms in PBO, Compare The Market, ADP, and some others I can't remember. - Coworkers are happy to support where they can, even ones not in your team, and honestly they're a pretty chill bunch - There's development from Udemy courses, internal workshops on architecture & legacy systems, and challenging tickets
Cons
- Work can get overwhelming, I couldn't get grounded in time for burnout. Challenging work from API work that isn't super clear, devs often figure out the complex stuff and don't memorise it which doesn't help systematically tackle overwhelm - Toilets, man... Grown people with tenure yet somehow the state of the toilets is on par with uni library toilets during peak times.
