Pros

Zero, apart from maybe the annual sales kick off which is generally in a nice location and well catered for.

Cons

This is singularly the most dysfunctional company I've ever worked for and they are the epitome of everything that's wrong in the corporate world. The CEO is a complete control freak and his tight grip on control stifles every ounce of willingness to go above and beyond. In fact he told me that employee engagement surveys are a farce designed to make companies spend millions only to get good reviews. The customer comes last in their eyes, they value their dysfunctional process so much that they seldom deviate from protocol even if it's causing the customer pain. The sales reps are celebrated for charging above list price which may be great for profit but not great for customers. If it weren't for a strong product there would be no reason to deal with them at all.

Pros

nice people to work with as always is the case.

Cons

The senior management team are bullies/ they do not know what employee engagement means. Great things were meant to happen with the new CEO taking over, but no everything remained the same apart from a lick of fresh paint on walls to paint over them ever deepening cracks in the company culture and style.

Pros

Salary competitive, beyond that there is little enjoyment and now travel has been removed, there is nothing remaining to soften the daily grind. The company do have a policy of diversity in their recruitment but choosing ability over diversity would serve them better.

Cons

Treated as juniors that do not have experience despite 25 years in the industry. Sales team are required to record presentations to get approval from even less experienced managers. Reporting is line by line word by word with little regard to the real progress made in securing deals, instead focussing on the process which has been dreamt up by people with little or no real experience. The middle management are little more than "yes men" highly skilled at filling in spreadsheets on a daily basis aspiring to fit in at higher level one day. This is highly unlikely as the path to the top is secured based on nepotism not ability. In Europe they even have "leaders" that try to drive the sales team and solution consultants without ever having visited a client! I would not advise joining this company under any circumstances. Avoid.
