The shift schedule is good (Mon-Thur) 10 hours a day with weekends off and they will match 401K contributions up to 3%.
Cons
The pay is below average for the industry,the leadership is constantly changing and the benefits have continued to decrease over the years. The leadership team does not value feedback from the poeple that actually do the job.
