Capco's culture of meritocracy and empowerment enables employees to take on responsibility right from the start, regardless of level, in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Employees have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business on client projects as well as the ability to shape the firm by getting involved in areas which interest them whether that's recruitment, CSR, coaching or introducing a new process or tool at Capco.
Whilst there have been some changes in leadership over the past year, the leadership team remains committed to fostering Capco's unique culture and recognise that this is one of the key reasons why people join our firm. Our global CEO recently shared his personal commitment to this at an employee event and all our locations remain focused on retaining the family feel and fun elements which make Capco such a unique place to work. In addition, we have recently launched a global performance management pilot supported by a mobile app, which provides employees with greater transparency around their ongoing performance and how they are assessed. The process has been developed based on employee feedback and employees are continually invited to share their feedback on the pilot to shape future enhancements.
As a firm, we definitely intend to keep the fun and culture going!
