      Pros

      Lot of opportunites to learn. Collegues are supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      For freshers in terms of pay it one of the worst Company. They pay 2.4lac per annum. As far as i know this is the only company to pay less than 3lac for freshers. Sometimes no work life balance.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
