Pros
Work wise pressure is low and is comfortable to work so we give our full output. They have a great team to empower the freshers entering the organization.
Cons
Salary figures are not clearly explained and after resignation the management where I was working asked me for unwanted details and made me give up asking the provident fund back. They feel so difficult to give the money as if it was their money and I am taking it.
