We do not ask for experience for our Customer Team Member or Team Leader roles in store as we assess and predict performance in these roles based on behaviours. We provide training both on the job and using online modules to complete instore. With regard to benefits, we believe that our offering of 30% colleague discount is the highest in the industry. Combined with Member prices our colleagues can get really good deals on products in store. If you feel that you do not wish to have the £30 that was allocated to your colleague member card, you are more than welcome to donate the value to one of the community charities we support.
We recommend that you raise any concerns you have with your manager directly. If you feel that you can't do this, you can speak to another manager in the business, or raise with our HR teams.
