Toxic working environment Product is lacking compared to competition by far. New Business Sales is not doing well and the company has no idea how to change this. Support for new starters is at a minimum. Favouritism is a definitely a thing in the UK office and makes things more difficult. Onbording is poor but in all fairness they are trying to change this. Lack of Technical Support for sales people (no presales teams) Insecure Management and if employees speak out they all get super defensive Leadership in the UK is poor, no real direction and focus and head office is NOT really bothered with the UK market as it's the most competitive. Pointless company meetings, definitely not sales driven. High staff turnover only the company favourites seem to stay. Base salary is low and commission structure is not the greatest and is capped. Targets are unrealistic and TOPdesk won't help you get a good start and does little to help you win deals.
