Pros
Very good company who listens. Long hours when promo changes. If you manage a work life balance it will be ok otherwise it will take over your life
Cons
As a manager you have to fight for the correct pay or you will be given basic which will not cover the work and hours you put in. Best to scope around what other retail managers get within the area first. They will listen you just need to make a stand.
