    Amazing staff, great discount and freebies to test out the products, very understanding manager. Treats every staff member the same and equally.

    Cons

    I honestly do not think I have one, i really enjoyed my short time there.

    The pay is really good, especially for a teenager and the hours were amazing around school times

    Cons

    Just have to be aware of how to handle customers but overall the work is really goof

    Rigid management and lease-line. Too target based and usually some senior staff try and take credit for for your achievement.

    Decent pay for retail Flexible hours Nice staff discount Loads of options for location to work

    Not much progression for pay increase Unrealistic targets coming from higher ups and some managers Lots of unnecessary standing on your feet all day and sometimes having to standing outside to bring customers in A lot of stores have a catty environment

    -employee discount is 50% off - Pay is over minimum wage - fair company - don't test on animals - competitive and genuine work

    Cons

    - staff can be rude within due to it being mostly girls - management can be rude - management aren't fairly educated on holidays and pay - mistreated
