Management is lacking structure. Very young management that doesn’t know how to handle “bad apples” so the rest of the department suffers because of this

Office politics, drama, "traditional" ways of thinking (enjoy those 2 days at home while you can!) - all this can be your's for a mid (if you're lucky) to low end of the market range salary & you'll need to work as hard as you can for a Meets Expectations and a 3% increase (that by the way, you should be honored to receive). It was sad to see that there were great people in these walls at all levels, but many of the Director/VP level individuals who have convinced themselves they are peers to the clients that NetJets serves because they get an opportunity to shake their hands once a quarter was a major disappointment. It was especially disappointing to see how women in leadership capacities were condescending about other women who were trying to advance their careers and stand up for themselves in a male-dominated industry.

- Lower pay (but the perks try to compensate) - delayed IT advancement for some systems is a handicap

There’s a very high chance of burnout, due to workload, constant shifts in org structure/leadership (which means constant shifts in business strategies). Leadership distrust in work from home.

Incompetent management Team members get away with being absolutely terrible at their job with no repercussions Bonuses are structured in a way that it’s impossible to get 100% of what’s actually available/promised during your interviews Low pay for the insane amount of stress this job causes; many coworkers would cry on a regular basis Not providing pay that aligns with high cost of living areas, which is ridiculous considering their parent company is Berkshire Hathaway that literally has billions in revenue No boundaries between management and their team members Parking is a nightmare due to construction Inconsistent and irregular work hours as late as 11pm, required to work some weekends The HR representative who led my exit interview had her jaw on the floor after I outlined everything I experienced during my tenure. Senior management was aware of all of it and did nothing.
