Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and it is really pleasing that you have identified so many positives of working here. In terms of your cons, we do appreciate that some of our systems can be slow and decision making is not the quickest in certain areas but our transformation programme will be able to help with this and bring improvements both for our people as well as our customers. Work life balance and well being of our people is one of our priorities so if you feel that your role is having an effect then please do reach out to speak to your Line Manager or MyHR to support as that is what they are there for. We can see you no longer work for us but great to see you found it a great place to work and that we cared for our staff. We always say it is our people that O2 the special place it is so it important to us that we take care of our people. You mentioned that you found it hard to move your career. All of our vacancies are posted internally and we do encourage internal mobility so our people and progress and develop with us. We hope your career is going well.
Like any large company, can be bureaucratic and slow
