In terms of your cons, we do appreciate that some of our systems can be slow and decision making is not the quickest in certain areas but our transformation programme will be able to help with this and bring improvements both for our people as well as our customers. Work life balance and well being of our people is one of our priorities so if you feel that your role is having an effect then please do reach out to speak to your Line Manager or MyHR to support as that is what they are there for. We always say it is our people that O2 the special place it is so it important to us that we take care of our people. You mentioned that you found it hard to move your career.
