Very flexible and friendly company that allowed you to work from home at any time as long as you got the job done. It is also one of the top brands in the UK.
Cons
Delivery maturity quite low outside of the programme management team, with senior managers wanting faster deliver, but without any investment of their time or real change to the organisation structure or working practices.
