1. Lack of collaboration between teams. 2. Corda 5 doesn't have the faintest resemblance to a blockchain. Corda 5 is incredibly complex that it makes it really tough to work on, train new people, onboard new customers, etc. 3. As a developer, you don't get the support you need from the senior folks because they are also occupied with too much work. 4. Mid management doesn't take any decisions. They just take credit for the work done by developers. 5. The developer relations team doesn't communicate well with the marketing team or the engineers. 6. Job security is not there. I guess they cut down the work force by 8-9 percent in a few months. 7. Random decisions from top leadership that might affect your career. 8. New recruits, especially from India aren't as skilled as the earlier Indian recruits. Just for budget advantage, they are compromising quality. 9. They have drastically cut down the budget on events and travel. This could be an indicator that R3 is slowly running out of budget. Unless they turn profitable soon, the future could be bleak.
