      Pros

      You get to work on really interesting blockchain and DLT projects, not just buzzwords, but real-world applications. The people are smart, friendly, and always willing to help — makes a huge difference day-to-day. Hybrid and flexible work setup is great for work-life balance. Flat structure in many teams, so it’s easy to share ideas and take ownership. Exposure to global clients and projects, so you learn a lot beyond just coding.

      Cons

      Things move fast, which is exciting but can feel intense at times. Some processes are still being figured out as the company grows, so you need to be adaptable.

      Completed Two Years @ R3

      Pros

      Over the past two years, I’ve found immense satisfaction in my role. The work is meaningful, and I genuinely enjoy what I do every day. Working under inspiring leaders like Joanna Dabrowa and Martyn Puttick has been a privilege. Their guidance and trust have helped me thrive. The atmosphere is positive and energizing. It’s a joy to come to work knowing I’m part of a team that cares and works with integrity.

      Cons

      Honestly, after two fulfilling years with R3, I can confidently say there are no cons worth mentioning. The organization has consistently provided a supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented environment. I feel genuinely happy and proud to be part of a team that values its people and fosters a culture of excellence. Every challenge has been an opportunity, and every day has reinforced my belief that I’m in the right place.

      Strong engineering culture, WLB could be better

      majority of people are nice. Health insurance, dental and some other perks.

      Cons

      Very political. Top management is not hired based on skills. Ignoring problems and blame game is big.

      Pros

      Very dynamic engineering flow with lots to learn. Modern tech stack. Great, talented people. Great place for driven people who want to keep learning. Good freedom and decision making within teams' domains.

      Cons

      A couple of failed projects in my time. Top-down decisions with not much clarity as to why, and little opportunity for experienced people to influence anything. Some higher level engineers are clearly playing with tech rather than design for elegancy of simplicity.
