There is a lack of a clear communication between the upper management and the staff.

- Pay increases below inflation every year, if at all. - Management is constantly crying poor. - Terrible communication at best, gaslighting at worst. - Some incredibly manipulative and nasty people in management who will not hesitate to throw you under the bus if it suits them.

The workload is completely unreasonable: 24hrs teaching a week with basically no breaks as SAE runs 3 terms a year with only a short 2-week break in August and again in December/January. Preparation time is almost non-existent. Expectations are that you are an expert in everything, without ever providing adequate training or resources. No time for professional development. Salary is far below that of similar positions in other universities. I only ever received a 1% pay increase once during the 5 years I worked there. Very little opportunity for advancement within the company

There are no cons working here.

Management are yes men, no future.

- Curriculum is dictated by staff that has little to no knowledge about the current tech and industry
