Very disorganised from management at the top to middle managers

There is a lack of a clear communication between the upper management and the staff.

Terrible management. Lack of oversight. Severely under pay their instructors. All upper management is concerned with is cutting corners to save a buck. Obsessed with over filling class sizes which leads to the underpaid instructors not being able to deliver the program effectively. Also leads to students (who pay a premium for tuition), are left with less hands on and 1 on 1 time with instructors. The whole place is a complete mess.

- Pay increases below inflation every year, if at all. - Management is constantly crying poor. - Terrible communication at best, gaslighting at worst. - Some incredibly manipulative and nasty people in management who will not hesitate to throw you under the bus if it suits them.

Disorganised Get the blame for things not my responsibility Management keeps changing mind on duties

There are no cons working here.

Toxic work environment, no time management and also poor work/life balance. Facilities were adequate (open plan classrooms made for difficult classroom management)

Terrible upper management, especially from CEO, Compliance and HR.
