- Pay increases below inflation every year, if at all. - Management is constantly crying poor. - Terrible communication at best, gaslighting at worst. - Some incredibly manipulative and nasty people in management who will not hesitate to throw you under the bus if it suits them.

You get to work with creatives who have dreams. The staff are really friendly and there are perks to the role such as discounts on courses, the use of the facilities, interstate travel opportunities for training and meet industry professionals
Cons
The role can be repetitive, it's more sales based than about advising students. The commission can be hard to reach, although I hear they have changed their pay structure recently.

Great People to work with Bosses are so kind and understanding, and reasonable! Nice Students You get to work on your craft! Small classes
Cons
Admin Exploitative work for the pay and virtually no benefits. Too many courses to teach (on average 5 to 7). Busy work that doesn't result in any meaningful change. Some bad apples to work with

The students were great as were the other staff members. The studios and facilities were nice, though the students usually preferred to work on their laptops.
