SAE Institute reviews about "staff"

This place used to be amazing - everyone believing in the same goal; to educate the students. Now it’s a money grab with no care for staff and the upper levels of management have no idea what happens on campus. The rate of change is excruciating and guided by people who have not been in a classroom in years. Very disappointing. All of the decent staff hve left or are looking for new jobs - a clear sign the ship is sinking

The role can be repetitive, it's more sales based than about advising students. The commission can be hard to reach, although I hear they have changed their pay structure recently.

They don't need a full-time lecturer for my subject which is the English language.

Upper management lacks understanding of creative industry. Head office does not cater for the needs of staff to do their jobs efficiently. Lecturers are in the firing line due to bad administration and inefficient procedures.

Staff can can get away with doing anything they like as management are useless. Senior Management do not care about the business and this is shown by the quality of staff at ground level Poor students who paid to go here have wasted thousands on poor teaching and limited equipment

The pay was not that great.
